• EASY TO COOK- Each can contains 18 to 22 Chicken Tenders, and to use them just soak in cold water for 20 minutes (until the meat feel tender throughout) and cook. They come out of the can looking just like the chicken tenders that you would get at your grocer's deli - and there was no shrinkage when we cooked them. We've found that although great with only a 20 minute soak in cold water, if you let them sit longer they get even more tender.
