All products sold on Galleon.ph are sourced from suppliers based in the USA and thus buyers should take into consideration the logistics process including the costs and delivery time of products to the Philippines. This is likewise applicable for the returned products that are to be shipped back to the suppliers or manufacturers in the USA.
Cancellation PolicyFor orders with products that are unavailable (out of stock) or with additional shipping days, customer will have to confirm if he/she is willing to wait for the item to become available or confirm if extended delivery date is acceptable.. If not we will cancel the order and issue a 100% refund.
For miscalculated shipping costs, our Customer Care will contact you via phone call or email to check if customer would be willing to pay an additional amount for shipping. In case the customer refuses, the order will be canceled and we will process the full refund.
Regular and Custom Orders MAY be canceled in case a mistake is made in placing placing the order. If an item is not yet processed (ordered by our purchasing department, a Php 500 or 5% of Item Price (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fee.

Terms of Return:
If the item has an issue (reasons listed above), it should be shipped back to Galleon within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of the item.
If the return period fails to meet the terms of the agreement, the client will be responsible for the shipping charges.
- Galleon.ph will be able to ship the item back to the U.S. supplier and help with the replacement, repair, store credit or possible full/partial refund.
- Please note that the amount of the refund will depend on how much the seller agrees to reimburse. (The shipping cost, customs duties and taxes, and service fee are not included in the refund.)
Please be reminded that the outlined terms should be followed strictly to avoid inconvenience.
- All products eligible for returns must be re-packed in its ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED packaging together with complete accessories or, with any certificates (warranty, certificate of authenticity, waybills, other documents) or manuals.
- Loss or damage incurred during return shipment shall be the responsibility of the customers. Galleon.ph shall not be held liable for any claims as a result of these circumstances. Items should be shipped back to:

We DO NOT allow returns or refunds for the following conditions:
- Products with missing Serial Number or UPC
- Products that have damaged packaging and/or document (invoice, certificates, waybill) missing.
- USED Items / Renewed Items / Refurbished Items
- Returns must show no evidence of wear or use.
- For non-Galleon items, a warranty may vary depending on the seller.
For Non-Galleon items(items that have been purchased from other websites), a warranty may vary depending on the seller. We will try to negotiate with the seller to extend the warranty.
Refunds PolicyOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refund amounts are payable for the following valid and verified conditions:
- A store credit/full or partial refund (product cost, shipping cost, and duty) for products that are damaged due to transit.
- A store credit/full (product cost, shipping cost, and duty) for products that are malfunctioning or are dead on arrival.
- A partial refund for the Products slightly damaged, Used
The refund process will take 5-8 business days (holidays and weekends are not included).
Please note that all returned items will be assessed by our quality team before being considered for a valid refund.
When deemed necessary, the company reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refund Procedure
For payments made via credit card, a refund will automatically be reversed and credited back into the credit card. This should reflect on the customer’s billing statement. Payments made over-the-counter will be deposited in the customer’s preferred bank.
Refund payment using LBC or Cebuana LhuillierRefund through LBC or Cebuana Lhuillier will require additional transaction fees. If you don't want to pay the transaction fee, send us an email at [email protected] with your bank details where we can deposit the refund.
ExchangeIf the refund is verified and approved, only then that the customer can order for a replacement or exchange for the item that is bought. No refunds will be issued for exchange. Galleon.ph will shoulder product cost, shipping cost and duties for exchange or replacement items.
