Purpose - A fully functional piece of gym equipment that will increase overall back and shoulder strength while working other muscles - biceps, rear deltoids, rhomboids, traps, and triceps. Designed to attach to your Elite Series Power Cage and expand your home or garage gym.

Usage - Only compatible with Elite Series Power Cage. Requires size 17 and size 19 closed and or open socket wrench. Size 17 is equivalent to .75” and size 19 is 1”.

What’s Inside - (1) Lat Pulldown Machine, (7) 4.25” bolts/screws, (4) 2” bolts/screws, (11) hex head nuts, (11) washers, (6) wheels, (5) carabiners, (1) chain, (1) handlebar, and (1) straight bar. Instructions are included.

Product Specifications - Total product dimensions 84.5” x 29” x 26.6”. The handlebar is 38” long and the straight bar is 19.75” long. (7) large bolts/screws are 4.25” in length and (4) small bolts/screws are 2” in length. Small bolt/screw/nut head measures .75” in diameter and large bolts/screw/nut heads measure 1” in diameter. Wheels are 3” in diameter. Weight loading arm is 8” long x 2” diameter. Total product weight of 51 pounds. Weight capacity is 300 pounds.

Expand your home or garage gym and training regimen with our sleek, ruggedly built Lat Pulldown. This machine attachment is designed to connect to the rear of the Elite Series Power Cage with bolts, screws, and nuts fastened to the bottom frame. Our high quality steel frame is painted in low gloss black paint with chrome accented on the weight sliding bars and finished with a powder coat. Two different bars are included, one is a handlebar used for standing exercises, and the other is a straight bar used for seated exercises. As a bonus, the handlebar can be conveniently stored on top so it stays out of your way and you don’t have to detach it. The weight plate loading arm will fit most standard 2” Olympic weight plates and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. The rubberized stoppers at the bottom of the Lat Pulldown can handle substantial weight dropped on them, but to avoid any accidents or damage to your equipment, we recommend letting the weights down slowly. All hardware is included and comes with instructions.
