Purpose - The J-hooks or J-cups are designed as an accessory for the Elite Series Power Cage. This will safely hold your barbell without needing to move out of reach when working out.

Usage - Use only on 3” x 3” upright poles. We recommend inserting your J hooks at shoulder height so you can keep the correct posture when setting the barbell down after completing exercises or in between sets.

Materials - Powder coated black steel base. Includes a layer of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or UHMW plastic, scratch resistant plates.

About HulkFit Elite Series Power Cage J Hooks Barbell
Our newest J Hooks are designed to store your barbell safely on 3” x 3” upright poles on our Elite Series Power Cage. Each mounting hole on the cage or rack is 1” or 25.4mm in diameter and the peg you use to insert on the cage or rack is approximately 1”, allowing for a tight fit. This heavy duty steel base creates a sense of security when using. As a bonus, we upgraded the device to include a thick UHMW plastic plate to reduce the risk of scratching or scraping. This will also help to protect the knurling on the barbell itself. It is easy to install and recommend placing the attachments at shoulder height so you can place the barbell with minimal risk of injury. Sold in pairs.
