There it is thawed, processed, and treated with Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) to recapture moisture content prior to being frozen again (double frozen) and sent to the North American consumers.

• PURE, NATURAL FLAVOR - The clean lean meat has a sweet, mild, clean flavor and large, tender flakes. In addition, they are an excellent source of Omega-3, protein and vitamin B12.
