NO CHEMICALS, NO ADDITIVES - Finfish Direct is proud to offer only pure, natural protein. Typically, producers will freeze their fish whole after catching, and send to China for processing. There it is thawed, processed, and treated with Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) to recapture moisture content prior to being frozen again (double frozen) and sent to the North American consumers.
