FRESH & AUTHENTIC INGREDIENTS. Each pho kit contains an herb bag (ginger, shallots, star anise, coriander seeds, cloves, fennel, cardamon, rock sugar, cinnamon, licorice, and mushroom powder) with all the ingredients toasted to perfection. We’ve also conveniently added rice noodles. Please note that our kit does NOT include protein or garnish.

5 EASY COOKING STEPS. Our easy pho kit takes about 1 hour to prepare and cook. (1) Place beef (not included - we recommend beef ribs & beef brisket!) in a pot and fill with 4 quarts of water. (2) Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. (3) Add in the herb bag, fish sauce, and salt. (4) Boil for 10 minutes then lower to medium heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. (5) Skim the fat and strain the broth to remove any impurities and it’s ready to go!

MEET THE FAMILY. Founder and loving mother Mimi Nguyen was evacuated from Vietnam during the Fall of Saigon in 1975, coming to America when she was only 13 years old. Mimi has always said that “Food is the way to the heart,” and followed her passion for authentic Asian cuisine to eventually create Get Cultured Box in 2020. She and her family hope to spread cultural awareness and appreciation all over the world and offer an easy, accessible way for anyone to make authentic food at home!
