FRESH & AUTHENTIC INGREDIENTS. Each pho kit contains an herb bag (ginger, shallots, star anise, coriander seeds, mushroom powder, salt, mushroom extract, vitamin B & calcium) with all the ingredients toasted to perfection. We’ve also conveniently added rice noodles. Please note that our kit does NOT include garnish.

EASY COOKING STEPS. Our easy pho kit takes about 1 hour to prepare and cook. (1) Place your choice of vegetables (not included) in a pot and fill with 4 quarts of water. (2) Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. (3) Add in the herb bag, fish sauce, and salt. (4) Boil for 10 minutes then lower to medium heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Mimi has always said that “Food is the way to the heart,” and followed her passion for authentic Asian cuisine to eventually create Get Cultured Box in 2020.
