Ryujin Steak Knife shares the same features as the Ryujin kitchen knife but in a smaller size, resulting in a sharper edge than a regular knife. Because it's similar to a kitchen knife, cutting through meat requires less effort.
The Ryujin Steak Fork is long and shaped like a dragon's claw, with a sharp tip achieved through polishing techniques, making it adept at piercing steaks and similar foods.
The structure of the Ryujin Stake Knife integrates the blade (made of molybdenum vanadium steel) and handle using only stainless steel, without any screws, and is meticulously finished by the skillful techniques of craftsmen. The handle features a lightweight hollow structure and is designed to be easy to grip with intricate carvings similar to Kamakura carving.
The Ryujin series was awarded the Grand Prize at the OMOTENASHI Selection 2023. It is recognized for its meticulous craftsmanship born from a spirit of hospitality, incorporating traditional techniques while continuously innovating for modern needs.
