The CAP Olympic Super Curl Bar in black is designed to reduce the pressure on your wrists and forearms when performing curls, triceps extensions, skull crushers, preacher curls and more. The super angled shaft on this Olympic Super Curl Bar will aid in developing upper arm mass, strength, and definition while simultaneously reducing discomfort in your forearms. This bar is constructed from cold drawn solid steel with 51,000 PSI tensile strength with a black powder coat finish and includes ring collars to secure weights when going heavy, making it a perfect addition to your home gym. The diamond knurled 25.4mm handgrips offer a secure, non-slip grip, and the rotating sleeves with bushings reduce pressure on the hands and wrists. The CAP Super Curl Bar is designed to accommodate weight plates with a 2-inch center hole. The loadable sleeve length is 7.5 inches. 30-day manufacturer’s warranty*. Weight plates are not included.
