The CAP Barbell Chrome Classic 7-Foot Olympic Bar with Bronze Bushings is designed with medium-depth diamond knurling and sleeves with bushings. The medium-depth knurling and 30mm handgrip diameter ensures a tight, non-slip grip when lifting, while the sleeves swivel to reduce pressure on the forearms and to prevent the bar from warping. This bar features cold rolled steel with a tensile strength steel of 63,800 PSI. The shaft length is 51.75-inches with knurling that measures 10.75-inches and 6-inches on each side, which will fit on Olympic benches and racks/cages. The loadable sleeve length is 15.3-inches, providing plenty of room to load your Olympic weights (with 2-inch center holes).
