5 CIRCULATED COINS FROM THE REPUBLIC OF ECUADOR. Old collectible coins were picked from the numismatic period: U.S. Dollar (2000-2003). You will receive a full set of Ecuadorian coins: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 centavos. Each bag may have different years. Pictures on the coins: a globe with the equator passing through Ecuador and pictures of these persons: Juan Montalvo (author and essayist), Eugenio Espejo (a medical pioneer, writer and lawyer of mestizo origin in colonial Ecuador. Although he was a notable scientist and writer, he stands out as a polemicist who inspired the separatist movement in Quito), José Joaquín de Olmedo (President of Ecuador from March 6, 1845 to December 8, 1845. A patriot and poet, he was the son of the Spanish Captain Don Miguel de Olmedo y Troyano and the Guayaquilean Ana Francisca de Maruri y Salavarría), and Eloy Alfaro (Ecuadorian politician who served as the President of Ecuador from 1895 to 1901 and from 1906 to 1911).
