About WEICON LSA Sensor No. 40 Insertion Tool For Wiring
WEICON LSA Sensor No. 40 PROPERTIES The LSA application tool Sensor No. 40 belongs to the group of special tools & is used for wiring all common LSA series & for solder-, screw- & stripping-free application & simultaneous cutting of cable conductors to LSA strips. APPLICATION With Sensor No. 40, conductors with a conductor diameter of 0. 35 - 0. 9 mm & a conductor diameter of 0. 7 - 2. 6 mm can be connected to LSA strips or blocks. By applying light pressure to the tool, wires are contacted & cut in a single operation. Manual stripping or screwing is not required. PROCESSING The integrated scissors can be switched off if necessary, for example if cutting the end of a wire is not desired. A sensor ensures that the shear is only activated once the wire has been pressed deep enough into the contact. The sensor can be deactivated (OFF) in the case of double wiring of contacts. In addition, the LSA Sensor No. 40 has a fold-out pull hook for removing wires from the LSA contact and a fold-out release blade for releasing LSA modules from the mounting bracket. The tool is designed for up to 200, 000 wiring operations (with 0. 4 mm wire diameter).
