Step 3 Run Pre-Wash Cycle Descaling & Cleaning Solution. Run the pre-wash and soak cycle with the PurTru solution or, depending on the machine, follow the manufacturer cleaning instructions. Step 4 Run Hot Water Wash Cycle. Run large hot water wash cycle or machine cleaning setting depending on type of machine. General instructions are to follow manufacturer cleaning instructions for the washing machine. Add ¼ or 4 ounces of PurTru Descaling & Cleaning Solution and set to large load hot water wash cycle.
