The smaller sensor should be installed inside of the mailbox. The bigger sensor should be installed on the door of the mailbox. 2. Prepare the surface. The surface of the sensor and the mailbox must be clean and free of any oils or loose particles. Use the matching 3M tape to fix it in the mailbox. Trouble shooting: 1. Check if you mounted the sensor correctly on your mailbox. 2. Try moving the receiver to a new location in your home. 3. Reactivate the sensor. Method: Press and hold the “R” key for 3 seconds. Separate the sensor and the red LED flashes to activate the sensor.
