Kit DOES include mounting plates also included in "OpenWheeler Flight Sim Configuration #2", ASIN: B07YS8Z161 Purpose of adjustable flight stick base is allowing precise vertical alignment of stick grip in accordance to seat height and grip extension (if such is installed to the stick). Center stick lower mount bracket is dedicated and compatible with the following brands flight sticks with removable grip and ability to add grip extension: Thrustmaster Warthog, F-16C Viper HOTAS, F/A 18 grips, VirPil, VKB, WinWing Updated plates are pre-drilled to accommodate the following sticks and stick bases: Thrustmaster Warthog, all Virpil, VKB, WingWin. Lower mount bracket allows long range of vertical adjustment whether stick is used with grip extension or without. Bracket includes universal set of plates and mounting bracket for the following flight sticks: Thrustmaster Warthog, F-16C Viper HOTAS, F/A 18 grips. All VirPil sticks and grips. VKB stick. WinWing stick. Lowest height setting is approximately 5.5" from floor to base plate. Highest height adjustment with added tube extension 16.5". Total height adjustment of 11".
