This building has been designed to build an immersive environment for 28mm wargaming. This building with functioning doors and great table coverage includes: 1x building second story w/ balcony and roof. Can also be used as small single story building. Dimensions: 6.5" x 5.5" x 3" (3.75" w/ roof) (165mm x 140mm x 76mm) Medium Difficulty Level For ages 14+. This laser cut 3mm MDF kit comes unpainted and requires assembly. We recommend the use of wood glue (sold separately). Kit may not be shown to scale and may vary slightly from actual contents.
