With that wavy hair and remarkably charming grin that made the girls scream, Ol' Blue Eyes is looking mighty dapper in a plaid sport coat, charcoal gray slacks, a white shirt, a blue sweater vest, and one of his trademark bow ties. Twelve-inch Frank has jointed elbows, knees, and waist so he can grab his included microphone and sing to "The Girl Next Door."
