Gamewright - Splurt! - Portable Party Card Game Features

  • Collect the most cards by the time the Splurt! deck has run out.

  • Start by pulling out an arbitrary quantity of cards (based on how long you want to demo/play the game). Make sure all cards face the same direction. Shuffle the deck and place it on the table, pink side up.

  • Flip over the top pink card, revealing its black side. All players simultaneously race to shout out an answer that meets the criteria.

  • First player to call out a correct answer collects the card.

  • The game ends when only one Splurt! card remains. Whoever collected the most black cards wins the game!

About Gamewright - Splurt! - Portable Party Card Game

Think fast, and say it first! Quick—name something fun to play beginning with the letter S! Slide whistle? Slot machine? How about Splurt, the hilarious, fast-reaction word game! Flip a card, and be the first to shout out an answer that matches the clues. Can you name an animal containing 5 letters? A song ending in E? Think fast, say it first, and win Splurt! The deck consists of cards with a category on one side of each card. On the other side is a letter and a designation of the place that the letter must occupy in a word, e. g. , “ending in F. ” Choose as many cards as you want, stack those with category side up, and then flip the cards one at a time. The first player to name a word that meets the conditions gets the card (or cards, if a stack has formed because no one could think of answers for prior cards). Play until the deck runs out. The winner has the most cards.
