A LIVING CARD GAME OF HONOR AND CONFLICT: Join the Great Clans, uphold the tenets of Bushidō, and fulfill your duty to your daimyō and the Emperor in a world shaped and changed by a dynamic, player-influenced story. During the game, you take on the leadership of one of the Great Clans which define Rokugani society, and you are cast into conflict against another clan.

STRATEGY GAME: Your conflicts will decide the future of Rokugan, whether you’re battling with a katana or with cutting words, but the samurai of your clan cannot remain by your side indefinitely—when their destinies are fulfilled, you must find new allies to continue your conflicts. Ultimately, it’s your choice whether you will fight with honor or use unsavory means, but in every game, it is your role to lead your clan to victory.

HONOR IN FLAMES: This pack provides new dynasty deck and conflict deck options for each of the seven Great Clans, as well as three new provinces. The honor levels of each clan become more important than ever before, and the new dire keyword lets your characters unlock potent new abilities as they near the end of their time in the spotlight.

The future of Rokugan hangs in the balance with the Temptations cycle for Legend of the Five Rings: The Card Game! As dark forces move throughout Rokugan, every clan is tempted to dabble in the forbidden arts of mahou, which requires fate to be spent from players’ own characters. Hand-in-hand with this comes a new keyword, dire, which triggers when a character has no fate on it. As with previous cycles, every Dynasty Pack of this cycle offers 60 new cards, with new options for each of the seven Great Clans of Rokugan, split between strongholds, provinces, dynasty deck, and conflict deck.
