Prototype Production: Takashi Fukuda P.O.P. One Piece The legendary pirate king's buddy will appear in the NEO-DX series. As the former deputy captain of the Roger Pirates, Silver's Rayleigh who is capable of handling the three generals' yellow monkeys yet is the "hidden" Silver's Rayleigh. This Rayleigh, one of the most important figures of the story, is reproduced as a stereoscopic image in accordance with the specifications using replacement parts and etched parts.
