About BMC CTS WW2 German Panzer IV Tank - Gray 1:38

From the BMC Toys CLASSIC TOY SOLDIER COLLECTOR SERIES, the most widely deployed tank of the German Army. This WW2 PANZER IV TANK features lots of authentic detail and 2 different turrets. Each turret rotates, has elevating barrel, and printed bar cross insignia. The smaller turret represents the Panzer IV Ausf. A/B/C/D models with 75mm short barrel. The larger turret is modeled after the Panzer IV Ausf.F2 with 75mm long barrel and features mounted LMG. Tank is made from stiff charcoal-gray color ABS plastic, measures 3 inches wide x 2.6 inches tall x 6.25 long (7.25 including long barrel) and is approximately 1:38 scale. This tank is also known as Panzerkampfwagen IV, Pz.Kpfw. IV, and official designation is Sd.Kfz. 161. Approximately 8,500 were produced from 1936 to 1945. It was deployed in every combat theater involving Germany. These tanks were initially offered to hobby collectors by Classic Toy Soldiers Company around 1998. Classic Toy Soldiers Co. worked with BMC Toys to make them available to today's youngsters. BMC Toys was founded by Bill McMaster in 1991 and specializes in producing historically accurate plastic army men figures and playsets in the classic realistic style of the 1950s and 1960s. These vehicles are a perfect addition for WW2 playsets and school project dioramas. Packaged in plain white box with label and recommended for ages 5 and up.
