About BMC CTS WW2 German Hanomag Halftrack - 5pc Gray

From the BMC Toys CLASSIC TOY SOLDIER COLLECTOR SERIES, one of the most iconic vehicles of WW2. The WW2 HANOMAG HALFTRACK features rolling wheels with metal axles and 4 figures. This Armored personnel carrier has lots of authentic details including printed bar-cross markings. Vehicle is made from stiff gray color ABS plastic, measures 2.5 tall x 2.7 inches wide x 7 inches long and is approximately 1:32 scale. Also includes front and rear mounted weapons and 4 seated German soldier figures made from soft gray color plastic. Designed by the Hanomag Company of Germany as an off-road armored personnel carrier in 1938. The official model was Sd.Kfz. 251, or Sonderkraftfahrzeug 251. Commonly referred to as SPW, Schutzenpanzerwagen, half-track, or armored infantry vehicle. These half-track vehicles were initially offered to hobby collectors by Classic Toy Soldiers Company around 2010. Classic Toy Soldiers Co. worked with BMC Toys to make them available to today's youngsters. BMC Toys was founded by Bill McMaster in 1991 and specializes in producing historically accurate plastic army men figures and playsets in the classic realistic style of the 1950s and 1960s. These vehicles are a perfect addition to any WW2 playset. Packaged in plain white box with label and recommended for ages 5 and up.
