Multi-purpose latex exterior whole-house tannin stain blocking primer for new or weathered exterior wood.

Excellent exterior primer for masonry surfaces, like stucco or concrete block.

Low VOC, water thinned, blister and peel resistant, and high hiding

Can be applied in low temperatures above 35 °F (1. 7 °C) but should not be used within 8 hours of air temperatures 35 °F (1. 7 °C) or lower

Top-coat with latex or alkyd paints

About INSL-X Block Out Acrylic Exterior Wood Stain
An acrylic latex stain blocking primer for wood, masonry, and previously painted surfaces. It primes and seals new cedar and redwood and dries dust free in 30 minutes. It is water thinned, blister and peel resistant and high hiding. This house paint primer may be used on unpainted galvanized metal as well as masonry and wood surfaces. Excellent stain blocking exterior primer paint for siding, trim, fascia, fences and gutters. Will seal staining types of woods such as cedar and redwood in two coats. May be top-coated with latex or oil finishes.
