Description Ganzo G729: Ganzo G729 model will be enjoyed by a wide range of customers. It can be used in the city for everyday tasks and in the countryside. This knife is made of high quality and durable materials, has a modern design and could be considered one of the most popular models. The main part of any knife is blade. In this case it is made of stainless steel 440C which corrosion resistance is favorably combined with high hardness of metal. This steel grade has hardness of 58 Rockwell units. Therefore, the knife will not require frequent sharpening and, if necessary, it can be sharpened using small pocket grinder. Cutting edge is sharpened using Plain technology – smoothly. This allows to make smooth and precise cuts on almost all materials. This knife is suitable for cooking during the countryside trip and to make certain household tasks. The knife blade strength is added by a rather thick butt – 0.33 cm. The hold of knife is comfortable due to its straps made of glass-fiber polymer G10. This material is based on epoxy resins and glass fiber. It can easily be shaped and painted in any color. Plastic is not very hot in the sun and not super-cooled in winter, so the knife will always be comfortable to hold in any weather.
