AMERICAN CLASSIC Mountain Bike Tire Features

  • 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄 - Front focused Trail or Enduro tire

  • 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 - As a front-specific tire, the Tectonite relies on a directional tread that includes ramped center knobs, angled shoulder lugs, and alternating transition knobs to provide numerous angles of traction in high-speed cornering. Knob positioning and size provide consistent and reliable cornering no matter how hard you push into the turn.

  • 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐄 𝐓𝐑 𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐎𝐑 - Features a Trail-Rated construction and dual-compound tread formulated for efficient climbing, predictable cornering, and long days on singletrack.

  • 𝐓𝐔𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 - The ultimate construction delivers a combination of speed, comfort and flat protection when combined with tubeless specific sealants.

  • WIDTHS – American Classic’s mountain bike tire widths meet current global standards set by E.T.R.T.O. following their designated design size rim widths. 2.25in (57mm) tires are designed for rims with 25mm internal widths while 2.4in (61mm) and 2.5in (64mm) tires are designed for 30mm internal width rims. The use of narrower or wider rims will change the overall width of the tire.

  • RIM FIT – American Classic tires follow the current dimensions set by E.T.R.T.O. and ISO 5775. These specifications improve rider safety through functional pairing of tires and rims that both meet these standards. The resulting tighter tolerances also lead to a tighter fit on rims. This may require some users to change their installation process from what they used with tires and rims that followed previous standards.
