He received his MA from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1987. Professor Conrad has been developing and teaching Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Developer, Designer, and Portal courses at SAC since 1996. In 2003 he was recognized by Oracle Corporation as an Oracle Certified Professional Internet Application Developer.
