This book tells my story as a CPA and provides an inside look at what CPAs do and how they run their accounting "business." CPAs need to serve clients effectively and exceptionally, need to recruit ,train, retain and grow staff, and need to charge fees that clients willingly pay because of the value they receive, while the CPA earns their living, funds their retirement account, is able to grow their infrastructure and perhaps also make a profit. This book tells how I did all of this and much more, along with my partners, and how I had a very successful career. I enjoyed "reliving" these experiences and hope you enjoy reading about it.
