About The Official Azoospermia Checklist: This Guide Will

Thank you for purchasing this guide! Like you, I am a part of the azoospermia community. Once my husband was diagnosed with azoospermia, I went into a spiral of confusion. Not only did my mind wander on whether or not we'd be able to have biological children, but I was also overwhelmed by the lack of information on the web about azoospermia. Unfortunately, we put a lot of trust in fertility doctors and nurses who were not properly educated on azoospermia. This led us to missing important testing that could potentially diagnose what type of azoospermia my husband had. We felt like we were put on a general list of "this is how you diagnose and treat male infertility" when we really needed someone to look over our case and provide us with a specialized "to do" list. After heartache and enough tears to fill the Atlantic Ocean, I decided to take that guessing game away from our azoo community and provide a guide that will help guide you navigate through testing/procedures. In this guide you will find a checklist that is recommended by myself for males diagnosed with azoospermia. You will then be able to record your results all in one place. I've added several pages for semenalysis (which should be repeated), extra testing/procedures you may have done, pages to record your notes from doctors appointments and a place to write down your research (you will do a lot), thoughts and feelings... Included: a checklist for you to keep track of all of your testing, a page to document information from your scrotal ultrasound and physical exam, a page to document information from your karyotype screening, a page to document information from your Y-chromosome microdeletion test, 4 pages to document information from your hormone testing, 10 pages to record the information gathered from semenalysis, 10 pages to document any additional testing/procedures (PESA, TESA, MESA, TESE, MTESE etc..), 15 pages to document doctors appointment notes and 15 pages to document any research you do, your thoughts, feelings and etc... We understand that may feel like a lot of semenalysis pages, doctors appointment pages, hormone results pages and etc.. but what we have found out is that there rarely is a quick fix to azoospermia and you will need all of these pages throughout your time battling it.
