Achatz currently works for General Motors Corporation where he specializes in product quality assurance and has taught several seminars in mathematics and engineering for its Technical Education Program. In addition to developing a curriculum for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration for Washtenaw Community College (WCC), Mr. Achatz teaches mathematics for WCC and the University of Phoenix. He has also authored numerous papers related to structural vibration testing for reliability and durability.
