From the Author I hope through the words and pictures of this special book that more people can experience the same hope and rescue that God is so wonderfully working into my life. About the Author Nathan works with his wife and teammate Carrie as a church-starter and pastor of a small mission church just east of downtown Atlanta.   He loves learning about the hope and goodness of Jesus and sharing those good things with others.   When he can get away from the grown-ups, he loves getting the chance to teach in kid's church - kids ask the best questions!   He is also the father of four beautiful children who are always helping him learn to tell stories better.  This is his first book.   Julie is a self-taught digital artist and finds great joycreating art while also homeschooling her three children, serving in her church, and occasionally indulging her fiction-reading addiction. She has been drawing pictures and writing short storiessince she was a child, but this is her first time illustrating forpublication. Julie finds most of her inspiration in her faith, but also in her quest to find clean and happy art and novels. When she can't find them, she makes her own.
