The Adventures of Tandy The Teddy are stories told by a little brown bear that lives in a school classroom. Every weekend, Mrs. Macy, the teacher, picks one of the students to take Tandy home for the weekend. The stories are the adventures the children share with Tandy during their time together. Great book to read aloud to children. Pre K through fourth grade. This is the fourth in a series. There is also a Journal that is available for children to also be able to write about their personal "Adventures" with Tandy. Excellent book to read in a class room. Teachers should consider this series. It encourages children's imagination. It also encourages them to not only love reading, but to write as well.
