Adam Grant is an American psychologist and author who is currently a professor at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is the youngest tenured professor in the school, having received his academic tenure at 28. His latest book, Think Again, questions the conventional definition of intelligence. It points to how conventional definition overrates the ability to think and pick new ideas.
