Improved French Style yogurt is creamy and thick. Tart and sharp! French style yogurt is similar to Greek but has a much smoother consistency. How does this differ from our original French yogurt? While our original is tart the improved version has a much sharper tartness while still remaining smooth and creamy. The French utilize of a method of culturing that is much different than other styles of yogurt. The yogurt is not cultured in mass and instead cultured in the serving glass that is used to consume the yogurt. This style of yogurt is also not stirred prior to consumption so that it retains its thick consistency.
