AQUACEL(R) Ag Hydrofiber Dressing with Silver is a silver-powered antimicrobial dressing that is "gentle on the outside, ferocious on the inside." It offers the unique gelling properties of Hydrofiber technology to gel on contact with the wound fluid creating a large fluid-absorption capacity. AQUACEL Ag locks bacteria within the gelled AQUACEL(r) Ag fibers away from the wound bed. It is indicated for use on acute and chronic wounds including burns, surgical wounds, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers and leg ulcers. Sold here by the individual dressing.
