This series of swords are beautiful in the very traditional sense of the samurai. The samurai found beauty in all things in nature. Carved into the scabbard of each different swords are the kanji for "Honor " " Samurai Spirit" "Battle" "Loyalty, Courage, Justice" the summation of all that a samurai is. The blade of the sword is carbon steel, already sharpened, with the hamon along the edge of the blade. Overall Length : 40" Blade Length : 27" Handle Length : 10" Blade is made of carbon steel Black semi-gloss scabbard with Japanese kanji characters carved into it. Handle features imitation ray skin and black ito cord wrap.
