Sanabul Battle Forged Muay Thai Pads are the perfect solution for Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, or Karate athletes that are ready to take their training to the next level. While target mitts are great for punches and elbows and kick shields work well for knees and kicks, only Thai pads have the surface area to handle combinations that include the full range of strikes. The front striking area of each Sanabul Battle Forged Muay Thai Pad is a generous 15" x 7.5", enough to keep everyone safe during imprecise hits. These pads are the ultimate combination of low weight, high protection, and durability. Even seemingly light pads can become heavy when trainers are taking hundreds of punches, kicks, and elbows a day. We developed San-Air Ultra Light foam to absorb and disperse big hits while keeping the weight of each pad at approximately 1.5 pounds (3 pounds per pair). The SBL engineered leather covering is durable and made to withstand the hardest kicks, punches, elbows, and knees. We gave it a cast-iron style finish that showcases its durability and grit. Hook and loop velcro closures ensure a secure fit during training while still being easy to take on and off.
