An elastic band at the top holds the top of the water bottle in place. It is adjustable so you can make it fit most water brands. Once your bottle is inside, the elastic cord stretches over so it doesn't come out accidentally.

The horizontal fence is adjustable. The part that holds the bottle in place is Velcro paper so it is easy to adjust to different sized bottles. (Circumference: 11-15 inches). There is a perforation at the top where you can attach elastic cords to the perforation if your cup is tall.
