10.5 inch blade with 4.5 inch Buffalo horn Handle, Overall length 15.5 inches, Thickness about 9 mm at spine. The Sheath is made out of black buffalo leather.

This is 10 inch Service British Khukuri/Knife. It has 10.5 inch blade with 4.5 inch Buffalo horn Handle which is very strong. The overall length is 15.5 inches. The thickness is 9 mm at spine. The sheath is made out of black buffalo leather. On top of it, there's a Kothi which covers the top portion of the sheath. It is made of Highly Graded Carbon Steel (car, bus or truck spring) which is very sharp or easy to sharp. This Khukuri is called British Army Khukuri as well as Service No. 1. This Khukuri is especially made for British Army and for military. This Khukuri was used in Second world war by Army. It is used for other several purposes such as chopping wood, meat, vegetables, clearing bushes and also in outdoor activities. It is a multipurpose khukuri. There are two tiny knives tucked behind it. One is Chakmak and another is Karda. Chakmak is a sharpener tucked behind the scabbard. It can be used as a flint maker also. Karda is a small knife tucked behind the scabbard, its main purpose is to cut small things and also work as a skinning knife.
