About BTK Group VKBO Layer 5
This is known as a "Demi Season Suit" (Fall and Spring Suit). This suit is used by the Russian military in cold weather. It is made in Russia by the BTK Group. It is the 5th layer of the VKBO all season clothing system. The demi season suit is a jacket with a hood. It includes a central side zipper and two-pocket zipper with windproof flap. Stand-up collar. Pockets with zipper at the top of the sleeves. The elbow area contains reinforced lining of high-strength fabric type Cordura 350D. Zippered pockets accent the front. In the axillary area there are ventilation holes on the zipper. Pants come with removable suspenders, side pockets and voluminous patch pockets with flaps. The knee and rear areas contain reinforcement pads made of high-strength fabric type Cordura 350D. The top and bottom of the side seam of pants have zip closures for easy removal of trousers and provide free access to shoes. The bottom of the pants is adjustable with an elastic band and fastener. Used as an exterior shell layer or as an extra warming layer.
