Only a screwdriver or drill needed for installing, this premium pull-up bar comes with the mounting bracket, screws, and sit-up plugs needed for safety. For safety and stability, screws are provided and required for mounting. Quality adjustable hand grips made with neoprene material and Velcro allowing these removable hand grips to be placed where they are comfortable for you. Not just for Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups, mount to the bottom of a doorway to maximize your sit-ups, crunches and even triceps dips, making it easy to move locations with extra door mounts available.
