Purpose - Our J-Hooks are designed with a nylon resin pad to provide protection to your bars. These J-Hooks are compatible with our Pro Series Power Cage, Squat Stand and Wall Mounted Rack that feature 1” mounting holes (Uprights 2.35” x 2.35”). Exercise safely and hold your barbell without worry.

Usage - We recommend inserting your J hooks at shoulder height so you can keep correct posture when setting the barbell down after completing exercises. Do not drop your equipment. Guide your barbell on the hooks to avoid potential injury and damage.

These are designed with a 1” peg that is specifically used as an accessory for your Pro Series Power Cage, Squat Stand or Wall Mounted Rack that feature 1” mounting holes. This version includes a nylon resin pad along the entire hook to reduce the risk of scratching or scraping your equipment. We expect the pad to scratch through use. These are sold in pairs.
