The Flex-Band Exerciser is a great addition to your resistance training routine. The Flex-Band Roll allows you to cut your desired length depending on your use. This is a great product for the rehab specialist, fitness professional or even home use. The 24m roll is the equivalent of 12 single Flex-Bands (198cm or 6.5' each). You can use the Flex-Band to add upper and lower-body resistance training to your Mat work routine or simulate many of the moves performed on the Reformer.
