Purpose - Strengthen your back, chest, and lats with our 5 piece Cable Machine Attachments. These are designed for your existing cable machines in your home or garage gym. By strengthening your back and lats, you will increase your overall fitness and back health (your back comprises 70% of your upper body). New Upgrades - Grommets were removed to make attaching easier and to reduce the possibility of tearing when in use.
Usage - Simply to attach to our Lat Pulldown or Cable Crossover via carabiner. There are multiple grips to choose from in this 5 piece set - pronated (palms away), supinated (palms towards), and neutral (palms facing toward each other). Sport specific training - Bodybuilding and Martial Arts. Note - You may receive Cable Machine Attachments with eyelets (old version) or without eyelets (new version). Inventory is commingled.
