You can use the center core, 2.0 lb, as an Egg Weight, and add a single weighed collar, to the center core to create torque training during high-intensity sports-specific movements, or add both end collars to make a complete dumbbell set. Made with stainless steel, these sets are guaranteed for life. This compact weight training system was designed to limit obstruction and increase functional fluid motion unlike a traditional cast iron bulky dumbbell (30% smaller than a cast iron dumbbell).
