The 28.5 mm grip shaft has center knurling and a hard black manganese phosphate coating for a unique grip that feels glued to your hands but soft enough to not tear into them. All it takes to protect your investment is wiping down your bar regularly with a light coat of a 3-in-1 oil.

The sleeves of this CROWBAR barbell are snuggly secured with a maintenance-free snap-ring lock system and brass bushings. They also sport microgrooves which you can rely on to keep your plates tightly in place without shifting during lifting routines.

Looking for an Olympic bar with weights? XMark offers both, Olympic barbells and Olympic weights. Some may refer to XMark Olympic weight plates as barbell weights, barbell plates, rubber coated plates or metal, steel and iron plates. Whatever you call them…they’re quality plates. XMark Olympic weights fit all 2 inch Olympic weight bars including curl bars, hex bars, tricep bars, trap bars, and all 7 ft. Olympic bar brands. Some customers have asked, what is the difference between Olympic plates and bumper plates? Olympic weight plates and bumper plates are similar. The main difference is bumper plates can be dropped. It is important to select a weight plate set that meets your needs. XMark offer all the standard weight plate pairs plus a wide selection of Olympic weight sets. Olympic weight sets will include a combination of 2.5lb, 5lb, 10lb, 25lb, 35lb and 45lb weight plate pairs. When selecting an Olympic plate weight set be sure to include the bar weight. The weight of the bar is not included in the sets. For example, if you are looking to purchase what is typically referred to as a 300 lb.
