The CAP Barbell ECO 7-Foot Olympic Bar is designed with medium-depth diamond knurling and sleeves with bushings. The medium-depth knurling and 30mm handgrip diameter ensures a tight, non-slip grip when lifting, while the sleeves swivel to reduce pressure on the forearms and to prevent the bar from warping. Made with wear-resistant steel for durable performance, this bar features a tensile shaft strength of 53, 700 PSI. The shaft length is 51. 75-inches with knurling that measures 10. 75-inches and 6-inches on each side, which will fit on Olympic benches and racks/cages. The loadable sleeve length is 15. 3-inches, providing plenty of room to load your Olympic weights (with 2-inch center holes).
