This adapter converts REAR 12mm Thru Axle wheels with 142mm spacing to fit frames that have Quick Release dropouts that have the same 142mm spacing. No tools required for installation, simply insert the adapter in the thru axle and secure wheel to bike using a standard 5mm quick release skewer. PLEASE NOTE: This item fits 142mm spaced frames and hubs only. This is NOT for converting from a bolt on wheel to quick release. This is NOT for using a Thru Axle frame on a indoor bicycle trainer.DOUBLE CHECK your frame spacing and hub dimensions before purchase..
