WIDTHS – Timekeeper tire widths meet current global standards set by E.T.R.T.O. following their designated design size rim widths. 25 and 28mm tires are designed for rims with 19mm internal widths while 30mm tires are designed for 21mm internal width rims. The use of narrower or wider rims will change the overall width of the tire.

RIM FIT – American Classic tires follow the current dimensions set by E.T.R.T.O. and ISO 5775. These specifications improve rider safety through functional pairing of tires and rims that both meet these standards. The resulting tighter tolerances also lead to a tighter fit on rims. This may require some users to change their installation process from what they used with tires and rims that followed previous standards.
