About SQlab Unisex - Adult 6OX Infinergy 2.0 Bicycle
The first "Made in Germany" saddle from SQlab: the 6OX Ergowave active is the optimal saddle for long and steep climbs on the E-MTB, all-mountain and Endurobikes. The 6OX Ergowave saddle has been around for 2 years, but not in this design: made in Germany. The special thing about the 6OX Ergowave "Made in Germany" is the foam of the saddle, which is no longer made of classic PU foam, but from the BASF Infinergy material known by running shoes. This material is very robust and takes comfort to a completely new level, especially on the terrain thanks to the faster reset. The cover is not pulled over the saddle as with classic saddles. They are only located in the important places "tapes". These are automated and connected to the Infinergy foam without glue. The ergonomic saddle shape ensures proper relief and comfort: the wave-shaped elevation of the ERGOWAVE fits perfectly with the most bulbous seat branches. As a result, the pressure in the perineum area or female pubic bow is significantly reduced. The low level, flat, slightly curved saddle nose also ensures less pressure on the sensitive areas of men and women alike. For even better pressure relief, especially for longer ascents in the terrain, the saddle nose was designed wide, with a flat and as large as possible. The active connection is not only lighter, but also significantly smoother. The comfort on the seat bones increases as well as the relief of the spinal discs. In particular, the mobilisation of the intervertebral discs is now clearly noticeable. The active movement is even better adjustable in the new models, as the elastomers are smaller and lighter. The prerequisite for maximum performance is the perfect fit for the athlete and thus the saddle is available in four different sizes. The manufacturing technology was developed by the company Oechsler in Ansbach, a large car supplier, already developed very successfully for a large sporting goods manufacturer a few years ago. SQlab and Oechsler have then optimised this process together for saddles. From an ecological point of view, the local supply of the SQlab "Made in Germany" products not only means that the long transport route is eliminated, but also that the production is extremely efficient and subject to strict German guidelines for harmful substances. Local manufacturing, quality assurance and durability are crucial for the SQlab project.
